As a beauty therapist in the industry for over a decade and working most of my career in the spa industry my passion still lies in the treatment room and the moment I start a treatment on my client I am at peace. I hear many people complain, myself included, about how busy, chaotic and stressful their day or week has been.

That’s where I realised rest is too valuable to treat as a nice idea, it’s a NECESSITY!

Why do we always want to control things? That’s when we do not rest until we have to. We can sometimes fear rest. As a Christian I believe God is way better at being in control, He himself chose to REST.

My logo represents eyes closed leaning back relaxing every muscle, easing the mind and letting go of control for a moment and let me serve you. The circle represents unity and community, and the colour is a mixture of green, blue and white which represent Rest, Calm, Growth, Restoration, Health, Fruitfulness and Nature.

We never hear people these days saying I am restful, calm, at peace. So in saying this I want to provide a moment to pause, breathe and relax. Even if it means getting a wax, the moment we take care of ourselves we feel good about ourselves and thrive.

Now close your eyes….take 3 deep breathes in and out.
